Rhubarb bread

Ingredients:
1 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupSugar
2/3 cupOil
2 Eggs
1 cupSour milk
1 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla
2 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspNutmeg
2 1/2 cupRhubarb, diced
Procedures:
1Mix well and pour into 2 greased 9x5 inch loaf pans.
2Before baking, top each loaf with 1 tsp melted margarine and sprinklw with 1 tablespoon sugar over each loaf.
3Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour
