Ingredients:
1 canSliced apples (1 lb. 4 oz)
2 cupRhubarb (?inch pieces)
1 cupSugar
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspCinnamon
3 tbspQuick-cooking tapioca
2 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Pastry for 2-crust pie
2combine apples and their syrup with rhubarb, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and tapioca; mix well.
3Turn into pastry lined 9-inch pie pan.
4Dot with butter.
5Cover with lattice pastry top bake in hot (425°F) oven about 50 minutes, or until filling starts to bubble and crust is golden.
