Raspberry banana mousse

Ingredients:
1 each10 ?oz pkg lite silken
-- tofu, extra firm
1 medFrozen banana, chopped
1 cupFrozen raspberries
1/3 cupMaple syrup
2 tbspLemon juice
1 tspVanilla extract
3/4 cupFresh raspberries, garnish
Procedures:
1Place 2 qt metal bowl in the freezer.
2Blend tofu until smooth.
3Blend in the frozen banana & raspberries.
4Add maple syrup, lemon juice & vanilla.
5Blend until smooth.
6Pour into the chilled bowl.
7Cover with plastic wrap & aluminum foil.
8Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
9Transfer mousse to a food processor & return the empty bowl to the freezer.
10Blend the mousse to an ice-cream like consistency.
11Return to the cilled bowl & freeze for at least 2 hours.
12Scoop into dessert cups, garnish with fresh raspberries & serve.
