Penne with swiss chard, raisins and pine nuts

Ingredients:
1 lbsSwiss chard or rapini
1/3 cupOlive oil
1 Onion, chopped
3 clGarlic, minced
3/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 pinchHot pepper flakes
1/2 cupRaisins
1 tbspBalsamic/red wine vinegar
4 cupPenne
1/3 cupToasted pine nuts
Procedures:
1Separate swiss chard into ribs and leaves; cut into 1-inch pieces.
2In large pot of boiling salted water, cook swiss chard ribs for 7 minutes.
3Add leaves and cook for 3 minutes.
4Drain and rinse under cold water; drain and set aside.
5In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion, garlic, salt, papper and hot pepper flakes for 5 minutes or until softened.
6Add swiss chard, raisins and vinegar; toss together.
7Keep warm over low heat.
8Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm; drain and toss with swiss chard mixture.
9Serve garnished with pine nuts.
