Ingredients:
2 smallPears, cored and coarsely
-chopped
12 Dried apricot halves
-chopped
1/4 cupRaisins
1 1/2 tbspHoney
1 tspLemon juice
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 oz(2 Tb.) sweet red wine
Procedures:
1In medium bowl, combine pears, apricots, raisins, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well.
2Stir in wine.
3Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
