Ingredients:
29 ozCanned Peaches -- drained
1 cupCoconut
1 packYellow Or White Cake Mix
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1 cupNuts -- chopped
1/2 cupButter Or Oleo -- melted
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Place peaches with juice in greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.
3Sprinkle cake mix over top.
4Sprinkle nuts mixed with coconut and brown sugar on top.
5Drizzle melted butter over all.
6Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
7Serve with cool whip or ice cream when cool.
