Coconut

Yellow Or White Cake Mix

Brown Sugar

Nuts -- chopped

Butter Or Oleo -- melted
Procedures:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place peaches with juice in greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.

Sprinkle cake mix over top.

Sprinkle nuts mixed with coconut and brown sugar on top.

Drizzle melted butter over all.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.

Serve with cool whip or ice cream when cool.
