Ingredients:

| lbs | Shrimp, cooked | | 1
| cup | Rice, cooked | | 1
| cup | Sharp cheese, grated | | 1
| can | Mushroom soup | | 1/2
| cup | Green pepper, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Green onion, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | | Lemons |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix first 4 ingredients together. | | 2 | Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. | | 3 | Add to shrimp mixture. | | 4 | Put in flat casserole and completely cover top with sliced lemons. | | 5 | Bake at 375°F, covered, for about 20 minutes. | | 6 | Serves 6. |
