Imperial sesame fish

Ingredients:
2 tspToasted sesame seeds
1/4 cupSoy sauce
2 tspDistilled white vinegar
2 tspMinced fresh ginger root
1/2 tspSugar
1/2 cupWater
1 1/2 lbsFresh or thawed fish
-fillets
1/2 To ? thick
2 tspCornstarch
1 Green onion and top, chopped
Procedures:
1Measure sesame seed into blender container; cover and process about 10 seconds, or until finely ground.
2Add soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sugar; cover and process about 15 seconds, scraping down sides once.
3Remove 3 tb. sauce mixture from blender container; combine with water in small saucepan and set aside.
4Generously brush both sides of fish with remaining sauce.
5Broil about 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
6Meanwhile, blend cornstarch with mixture in saucepan.
7Bring to boil; cook and stir until sauce thickens.
8Stir in green onion.
9Just before serving, spoon sauce over cooked fish.
10Serve with assorted vegetables.
