Ingredients:
4 8-oz. swordfish steaks
1/2 cupTeryaki sauce
2 tbspMargarine, melted
1 tspGarlic powder
Procedures:
1Marinate fish 5 minutes per side in teryaki sauce.
2Spray grill with a non-stick coating.
3Grill fish over medium coals 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with melted margarine.
4Season with garlic powder.
5Check fish for flakiness when done.
