Ingredients:
2 lbsSalmon Steaks
1 Green Bell Pepper -- 1-in.
Dices
10 smallOnions
1 cupOil
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspOregano
1/2 tspThyme
1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Cut salmon into 1" pieces.
2Place the salmon, pepper and onion on skewer, alternating items.
3Place "sticks" in a shallow dish.
4Pour oil and seasoning over and let stand for one hour.
5Drain and put fish over hot coals for 4-6 minutes.
6Keep stick turning.
7When done, the fish will flake.
8serves 4.
