Ingredients:
1 medOnion -- diced
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
2 tbspFresh basil -- chopped
8 ozTomato sauce
1/2 cupTomato paste
3/4 cupWater
1/2 cupDry white wine
1 tspOregano
Fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 lbsFlounder fillets -- sliced

Procedures:
1In very large skillet, saute onion, garlic until tender.
2Add basil and saute for another few minutes.
3Add everything else except fish.
4Bring to a boil and stir so that paste is mixed in. simmer on low for 10-15 minutes.
5Add fish and simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until fish is completely cooked
