Ingredients:
Fresh fish Fat pork
Hard bread
Procedures:
1Skin and bone fresh fish.
2Put in boiling salted water and cook until tender.
3Soak hard bread over night.
4Put the soaked bread into cold water; bring slowly to the boil and cook only until tender, 5-10 minutes.
5Fry out small pieces of fat pork.
6Add the cooked fish, then the cooked brewis.
7Toss lightly and heat thoroughly.
