Fresh sole or orange roughy
-fillets cut in half

Ripe tomato, sliced

Grated Parmesan cheese
Procedures:

Heat oven to 350°F.

In 13x9 baking pan melt butter.

Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions.

Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter.

Set half of fillets aside & other half place in pan...layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe.

Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese.

Bake for 25-35 min. or until fish flakes.
