Ingredients:
1 cupDry red wine
1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1/4 tspOregano
1/4 tspMarjoram
1/8 tspPepper
2 lbsLean meat (flank or round
Steak, poultry, fish)
Procedures:
1Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce.
2Add pepper.
3Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag.
4Chill 12 to 18 hours.
5Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
