Ingredients:
1 canSalmon (1 lb.)
1 cupBread or cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbspButter
3 tbspFlour
2 1/2 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Drain salmon; reserve juice.
2Melt butter, add flour, stirring until smooth.
3Add milk, stir until thickened, add salmon liquor.
4Season to taste.
5Flake salmon, add to sauce and place in greased bakin dish.
6Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
7Bake at 350°F. for abt.
