Ingredients:
1 lbsCrab meat, cooked
1/2 cupPimento
1/2 cupCelery, chopped finely
2 sliceBread, low cal, crustless
2 Egg whites, beaten
1 cupYogurt, low fat
Ds Worchestershire sauce
1/8 tspCayenne pepper
1 tspMustard, dry
1/4 tspSalt or salt sub
Juice of ?lemon
Paprika
Procedures:
1Combine the crab meat, pimento, and celery in a mixing bowl.
2Crumble the slices of bread and add to the mixture.
3Gently add the egg white, yogurt, worchestershire sauce, cayenne, mustard, salt, and lemon juice.
4Place in a sprayed casserole dish.
5Top with a sprinkle of paprika.
6Bake at 400^ for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
