Ingredients:
2 lbsShrimp, Large, deveined
-peeled
3 eachThin slices of ginger
2 tspGinger
6 eachGreen onions
1/4 cupDry white wine
3 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspSalt
3 tbspSugar
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 eachCloves garlic, minced
Procedures:
1Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
2Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
3Marinate shrimp for two hours.
4Put shrimp on oiled skewers and grill three inces above hot charcoal about 4 - 5 minutes on each side.
5Brush several times with marinade and serve hot.
