Captain's fillets

Ingredients:
6 8-oz trout fillets, or salmo
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 cupMelted butter, or oil
2 tspSalt
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Paprika
Procedures:
1Combine ingredients, except paprika, in a small bowl.
2Place the fillets in a greased, hinged wire grill or on skewers.
3Baste fish with sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
4Cook about 4 inches from hot coals for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
5Baste frequently.
6Sprinkle with paprika when serving.
7serves 6.
