Portuguese-american stuffing

Ingredients:
1 Loaf portuguese bread
-(or Italian bread)
1/4 lbsChourico sausage (or more)
-(or use garlic sausage)
Liver and gizzard from turke
1 largeOnion, chopped
2 tbspOlive oil
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cupChopped parsley
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspPaprika
2 Eggs, beaten
Procedures:
1Soak bread in water until soft.
2Squeeze dry and break up.
3Set aside.
4Simmer sausage, liver, and gizzard in water until tender.
5Drain and set aside.
6In a large frying pan saute onion in oil until soft.
7Add garlic and parsley.
8Stir in spices and meat.
9Add beaten eggs.
10Return all ingredients to frying pan and cook until mixture is slightly dry before stuffing the turkey.
11Stuff a 12 pound turkey.
