Ingredients:
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 quartBread stuffing mix
1 cupOysters
1/4 cupButter
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/4 tspPaprika
1/8 tspThyme
Procedures:
1Season duck cavity with salt and pepper.
2Add oysters, drained and chopped, to bread stuffing.
3Use oyseter liquid as part of liquid to moisten.
4Lightly stuff duck.
5Place remainder in separate pan to bake with duck.
6Mix butter, lemon juice, paprika and thyme.
7Bake duck on rack in covered roaster in 325 deg.
8Oven for about 2 ?hours.
9Baste often with lemon mixture.
10Baste dressing with duck drippings.
11Remove cover at the last to brown duck.
