| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| quart | Bread stuffing mix | | 1
| cup | Oysters | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/8
| tsp | Thyme |

Procedures:
| 1 | Season duck cavity with salt and pepper. | | 2 | Add oysters, drained and chopped, to bread stuffing. | | 3 | Use oyseter liquid as part of liquid to moisten. | | 4 | Lightly stuff duck. | | 5 | Place remainder in separate pan to bake with duck. | | 6 | Mix butter, lemon juice, paprika and thyme. | | 7 | Bake duck on rack in covered roaster in 325 deg. | | 8 | Oven for about 2 ?hours. | | 9 | Baste often with lemon mixture. | | 10 | Baste dressing with duck drippings. | | 11 | Remove cover at the last to brown duck. |
