Ingredients:
3 lbsSalmon steak
1/4 lbsChopped mushrooms
1 medOnion, minced
2 tbspMinced parsley
1/4 tspTarragon
Pepper and salt
2 tbspButter (optional)
1/2 cupSherry
1/3 cupFine bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Soak lid of clay cooker.
2Cut salmon in half and lay both pieces in cooker.
3Sprinkle with mushrooms, onion, and parsley and tarragon mixed.
4Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5Dot with butter and pour sherry around.
6Cover, put into cold oven and turn temperature to 425°F.
