Ingredients:
3 lbsFlounder
6 tbspButter, melted
2 tbspOnions, browned, chopped
1 eachGarlic clove, mince/browned
2 tbspParsley
1/4 cupWine, dry white
1 eachLemon, juice of
1 xSalt & pepper to taste
1 xFlour
Procedures:
1Place fish in baking dish or pan.
2Prepare a sauce by browning garlic, onion in melted butter.
3When brown, add parsley, wine and lemon juice.
4Blend sauce.
5Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour.
6Bake covered 10 min. at 375 degrees.
7Uncover, basting with melted butter and dry white wine.
8Bake (ten minutes more or until done to taste.
9Also for: flounder, mackerel, weakfish, grouper, snapper, bass etc.
10Suggestions: vary the ingredients of the sauce with other recipes.
