Ingredients:

| lbs | Flounder | | 6
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 2
| tbsp | Onions, browned, chopped | | 1
| each | Garlic clove, mince/browned | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley | | 1/4
| cup | Wine, dry white | | 1
| each | Lemon, juice of | | 1
| x | Salt & pepper to taste | | 1
| x | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place fish in baking dish or pan. | | 2 | Prepare a sauce by browning garlic, onion in melted butter. | | 3 | When brown, add parsley, wine and lemon juice. | | 4 | Blend sauce. | | 5 | Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour. | | 6 | Bake covered 10 min. at 375 degrees. | | 7 | Uncover, basting with melted butter and dry white wine. | | 8 | Bake (ten minutes more or until done to taste. | | 9 | Also for: flounder, mackerel, weakfish, grouper, snapper, bass etc. | | 10 | Suggestions: vary the ingredients of the sauce with other recipes. | | 11 | Recipe date: 1?/87 |
