Baked crabmeat and avocado

Ingredients:

1/4 lbsButter
2 canCream of mushroom soup
1 lbsLumb crabmeat
1 cupEvaporated milk
Salt and pepper
2 Avocados, peel -- slice
2 tbspBread crumbs
Butter -- melted
1 canAnchovy filets
Procedures:
1Melt butter, add soup and simmer 5 minutes.
2Stir in crabmeat, milk, salt and pepper and simmer 5 minutes longer.
3Line a baking dish with avocado slices and pour crabmeat mixture over avocado.
4Sprinkle with bread crumbs and brush with melted butter.
5Heat until brown, approximately 15 minutes at 350°F.
6Before serving sprinkle with a few drops of anchovy oil and garnish with anchovy strips.
