Ingredients:
24 Clams
1 tbspSesame oil
2 tspGinger, fresh, finely grated
2 tspGarlic, minced
1/2 tspRed pepper flakes
1/4 cupFermented black beans
-rinsed & mashed
2 tbspWine, white
1 tbspSoy sauce
3 tbspScallion, chopped white
-and green part
Procedures:
1Shuck the clams and place them on a baking sheet.
2Set aside.
3combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
4spoon the mixture on top of the mollusks.
5Bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 450°F, or until cooked but not tough.
6Serve immediately.
