Baked catfish and pecans

Ingredients:
2 lbsCatfish fillets
1 tspSalt
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspRed pepper
1 tspLemon rind, grated
1/2 cupButter
1/4 cupPecans, chopped
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
Procedures:
1Make pecan sauce by combining ?c butter, chopped pecans, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce and blend well.
2Combine flour, salt, pepper, lemon rind.
3Roll fillets in mixture, coating well.
4Melt ?c butter in large skillet.
5Brown fillets over medium heat until light brown; turn once to brown both sides.
6Place fillets in well-greased 12x8x2 baking dish.
7Sprinkle pecan butter sauce over fillets.
8Sprinkle with additional chopped pecans if desires.
9Bake uncovered at 350 °F for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
