Lemon, juice of

Minced parsley

Mayonnaise

Procedures:

Sprinkle fish fillets with satl and pepper; place in greased baking dish.

Add lemon juice and parsley to mayonnaise and spread over fillets.

Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
