Ingredients:

| cup | Whole almonds, toasted | | 3
| tbsp | Cornmeal | | 2
| tbsp | Grated Parmesan cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh parsley, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | | Salt & freshly ground black | | | -pepper, to taste | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh lemon juice | | 2
| lbs | Catfish fillets | | | Parsley sprigs and lemon | | | -wedges, for garnish |

Procedures:
