Ingredients:
3/4 lbsPrawns, raw
1 1/4 tbspBeans, black
1 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Scallions, chopped
1 tbspOil
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspOil
1 1/2 tspSoy sauce, light
1 tspWine, white
1 tspOyster sauce
Procedures:
1Prepare the prawns by cutting off whiskers, cutting along the top of the shell, and deveining them.
2Leave the shells on the prawns because this keeps the prawns more tender, tasty and plump.
3Wash, drain and put prawns in a pie pan so as to be ready for steaming.
4Wash black beans two times and mash into a paste; then add the chopped garlic.
5Combine remaining ingredients, except the oil.
6Pour mixture over prawns; then, pour oil on top.
7Cover and steam 10 minutes.
8Serve over rice.
