Ingredients:
6 tbspButter
1/2 cupBread crumbs
2 cupFresh chopped spinach
-or-
2 pack(10-oz) frozen spinach
1/2 cupParsley
1/2 cupDiced celery
2 tbspDiced onion
1 tbspPernod liqueur, or Anisette
1/4 tspSalt
3 dropTabasco
18 largeOysters
Procedures:
1Melt butter; add crumbs and saute 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2Combine with other ingredients, except oysters, in blender until smooth.
3Arrange oysters in shells (or individual dishes).
4Top each with 1 tablespoon spinach mixture and broil 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
