Ingredients:

| | Eggs | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 6 1/2
| oz | Crab meat( can be canned) | | 8
| oz | Cheddar cheese, grated | | 1/2
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 3/4
| cup | Croutons |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prepheat oven to 350^ and oil a 9-inch quiche dish. | | 2 | Mix eggs, milk and pepper in a bowl. | | 3 | Add mushrooms, crabmeat and cheese. | | 4 | Place croutons in quiche dish, pour mixture on croutons. | | 5 | Croutons will form crust when baked. | | 6 | Bake 40 minutes, (recipe has no added salt) |
