Ingredients:
1/2 cupWhite sesame seed
1/4 tspSalt, optional
Procedures:
1Salt substitute to sprinkle on vegetables, stews.
2In a heavy skillet or wok, grandually heat the sesame seed over low heat until golden and puffy.
3Shake the pan frequently to toast evenly.
4Remove from heat then the sesame begins to turn light brown and you can smell it.
5Stir in the salt, if using.
6Cool mixture.
7Grind in a blender or mortar.
8Store in tightly covered jar.
