Ingredients:
2 tbspButter or margarine
1 cupBell pepper, green, chopped
1 cupCelery, sliced
1 cupGreen onions, slices, w/tops
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 cupRice, uncooked
1 1/2 cupChicken broth
1 canTomatoes(16oz)
2 cupCrawfish tails
2 cupShrimp, cooked
1 tspSalt
1 tspPoultry seasoning
Cayenne pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Melt butter in large skillet; all bell pepper, celery and onions and cook until soft but not brown.?Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.?Stir mixture once or twice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender (mixture should be slightly moist).?Correct seasonings if necessary; fluff with fork and serve.?/td>
