Ingredients:
2 lbsTrout fillets
1 tbspOnion, finely chopped
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspLemon juice
1/4 cupCatsup
1 tbspMelted butter, or oil
Pepper
1 tbspCelery, finely chopped
Procedures:
1Sprinkle fillets with salt.
2Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3skewer the fillets and place on a rack over coals.
4Baste fillets with sauce.
5Cover.
6Broil several inches from the coals.
7Cook for 8-12 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
8serves 8.
