Polynesian tuna

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupPineapple juice
3/4 cupWater
1 1/2 tbspCornstarch
1 cupPineapple chunks, drained
2 canTuna, drained and flaked
Fluffy cooked rice
Flaked coconut
Toasted slivered almonds
Procedures:
1In a heavy saucepan, combine pineapple juice, water, and cornstarch (when you"ve mixed with a little of the water first).
2Cook over low heat until thickened.
3Add pineapple chunks and tuna and reheat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
4Serve over fluffy rice and top each serving with a sprinkling of coconut and slivered almonds.
