| tbsp | Garlic, minced | | 2
| cup | Tomato sauce | | 1/2
| tbsp | Cumin, ground | | 1/2
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 1
| | Bay leaf | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2
| tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened | | 2
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/2
| tbsp | Oregano, dried | | 1
| tsp | Vinegar, white | | 1
| can | Kidney beans, 19 oz, drained | | | Cooked spaghetti, or other | | | -pasta | | | Onions, yellow, minced | | | Butter | | | Cheddar, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. | | 2 | Drain fat. | | 3 | Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. | | 4 | Simmer on low heat, 1 to ?hours, stirring occasionally. | | 5 | Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter. | | 6 | Fry onions in butter. | | 7 | Reheat drained beans in water and drain |
