Ingredients:
1 lbsGround Beef
2 tbspOnion, minced
3 tbspGarlic, minced
2 cupTomato sauce
1/2 tbspCumin, ground
1/2 tbspChili powder
1 Bay leaf
1 tspCinnamon
2 tbspCocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tbspOregano, dried
1 tspVinegar, white
1 canKidney beans, 19 oz, drained
Cooked spaghetti, or other
-pasta
Onions, yellow, minced
Butter
Cheddar, grated
Procedures:
1Brown ground meat, onions and garlic.
2Drain fat.
3Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar.
4Simmer on low heat, 1 to ?hours, stirring occasionally.
5Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter.
6Fry onions in butter.
7Reheat drained beans in water and drain
