Ingredients:
1 cupChicken broth
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/4 tspDried basil
1/4 tspThyme
1/4 tspOregano leaves
1 tbspCornstarch
1 cupQuartered fresh mushrooms
1 packLouis Kemp Lobster Delights
-chunks (8 oz)
3 cupFresh vegetables (broccoli
-flowerets, carrot and
-zucchini slices)
-OR
1 packFrozen mixed vegetables
-thawed (16 oz)
1 tbspLime juice
1 tspMargarine
Procedures:
1Combine first six ingredients in saucepan.
2Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
3Add mushrooms, lobster delights and vegetables.
4Cover; reduce heat.
5Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once.
6Stir in lime juice and margarine.
