Ingredients:
3 tbspDried oregano leaves
2 tbspChili powder
1 tbspGarlic powder
1/2 cupGrainy Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1In a small bowl, combine oregano, chili powder and garlic powder; add mustard; stir well to mix; add salt and pepper.
2Cover and refrigerate.
3Spread or pat onto beef up to 5 hours in advance of cooking.
4Store in a refrigerator.
5Yield: ?cup (125 ml)
