| 1 | Salt to taste freshly ground pepper preheat oven to 425 degrees. |
| 2 | In a medium sized frying pan, heat oil. |
| 3 | Saute broccoli, mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes. |
| 4 | Add oregano and cilantro. |
| 5 | Remove from heat; stir in milk and cream cheese. |
| 6 | Allow cream cheese to soften. |
| 7 | Mash until a smooth sauce forms. |
| 8 | Arrange seafood on the 14" oat bran pizza shell. |
| 9 | Spoon vegetable mixture over the top. |
| 10 | Salt to taste. |
| 11 | Bake for 20 minutes. |
| 12 | Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. |
| 13 | When cooked, pizza topping will be lightly browned and the underside of the crust will be deep brown. |
| 14 | Cut into 8 slices. |
| 15 | Yield: one 14" pizza |
