Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
3 largeOnions, chopped
1/2 canTomato sauce
1 lbsCheddar cheese, grated
1 Stick oleo
1 canMushrooms (4 oz.)
1 canTomato soup
1 packShell macaroni (8 oz.)
1 canPimentos
Water, if needed
Procedures:
1Slowly fry onions in butter, not too brown.
2Cook meat in dry skillet until crumbly.
3Mix all other ingredients, except cheese and macaroni, with meat and onions.
4Cook over low heat until well blended.
5Add a little water if necessary.
6Cook and drain macaroni.
7Add macaroni to meat mixture and simmer.
8Add cheese to meat and simmer until cheese is melted.
9Long, slow cooking of meat mixture brings out flavor
