Ingredients:
2 canSalmon, drained(15.5oz ea)
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tbspOnion, chopped
2 tspLemon juice
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupCracker crumbs, fine
1 canPeas, drained(8.5oz)
1/4 cupTomato catsup
Procedures:
1Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs.?Carefully fold in peas.?Pack into a greased 1 ?quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350°F.
2Oven 30 minutes.?Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.?/td>
