Tomato paste

Tomato sauce (canned)

Sparkling white wine

Flavor cube (fish flavor
-if possible)
Salt and pepper to taste

Pasta cooked according to

Procedures:

Melt butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery until translucent.

Add paste and tomato sauce.

Mix well.

Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min. add crab and cook for 5 more min. salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over hot pasta.
