Ingredients:
1/2 lbsSmoked salmon
1/2 cupLight cream cheese
2 tbspLight mayonnaise
1 tbspLemon juice
1/4 cupGreen onions, chopped
1 tbspFresh dill, chopped
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1In food processor, pure salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
2Mix in onions, dill and pepper.
3[can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.] smoked trout may be substituted for the salmon.
4Serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers, or on cucumber slices.
5Garnish with fresh dill or green onions.
