Ingredients:

| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 2
| lbs | Rock Cod filets, or | | | - Red Snapper | | 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 3
| | Eggs, lightly beaten | | 1
| cup | Parmesan cheese, grated | | 3
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | | - Salt & fresh ground pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 °F. | | 2 | Combine lemon juice and worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle on the fish pieces. | | 3 | Salt and pepper the fish, then dredge lightly in flour. | | 4 | Dip the fish in eggs, then coat generously with the grated cheese. | | 5 | In a heavy skillet, saute the fish in a mixture of butter and oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes to brown. | | 6 | Turn and brown the other side. | | 7 | Place the skillet in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes to heat through. | | 8 | Serve immediately. |
