Vinegar

1 ea Hot chili pepper, optional

Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:

Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless steel pan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium low.

Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
