Ingredients:
YIELD
2 lbsFish slices (rainbow trout
-salmon
- milkfish)
1/2 cupVinegar
3 each- 4 clove garlic, minced
2 tspGinger, sliced
1 ea Hot chili pepper, optional
1/4 cupWater
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless steel pan.
2Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium low.
3Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
4Transfer to a serving dish.
5Serves 4.
