Musamun beef curry

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsBeef
2 tbspOil
1 tspMusamun Curry Paste
1 Potato, cut into 1" cubes
1 Onion, quartered
1 cupCoconut Milk
2 tbspFish Sauce
1 tspBrown Sugar
2 Red Chili Peppers, chopped
1/2 cupRoasted Peanuts
Hot Steamed Rice
Procedures:
1Cut beef into 1" cubes.
2In a saucepan heat oil and curry paste on high heat, until paste bubbles.
3Add beef, potato, onion, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, red chili peppers.
4Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes.
5Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6Serve immediately.
7Sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
8Accompany with hot steamed rice.
9Note: lamb can be substituted for beef.
