Pacific mushroom caps

Ingredients:
24 eachLarge mushroom caps, cleaned
1/3 cupButter/margarine, melted
6 ozSnow crab meat
1 tbspPrepared horseradish
1/4 cupDry bread crumbs
1/4 cupGrated parmesian cheese
2 tbspMinced green onion
1 tbspMinced parsley
3 tbspMayonaise
Procedures:
1Oven: preheat oven to 375 deg f.
2Adjust rack to upper 1/3 of oven brush mushrooms with melted butter, place rounded side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
3Drain crab meat, discard liquid, set crab meat aside.
4In a medium bowl, stir together mayonaise and horseradish.
5Add bread crumbs, cheese, green onion and parsley, stirring until well mixed.
6Add crab meat and toss with a fork.
7Mound 1 level tablespoon of the mixture into each mushroom.
8Bake 5 minutes or until warm, then broil 4" from the heat source for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
9Serve immediately.
10Microwave: on a paper plate, lined with a paper towel, arrange mushrooms in a circle.
11Cover with waxed paper.
12Cook at 100% power (700w) for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
13Rotate plate once.
14Try 12 at a time.
