Mushroom-stuffed pork burgers

Ingredients:
3/4 cupSliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cupThinly sliced green onion
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tspButter or margarine
1 1/2 lbsLean ground pork
1 tspDijon-style mustard
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspFreshly ground black pepper
Procedures:

3In skillet, saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 2 minutes; set aside.
4Combine ground pork, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix well.
5Shape into 12 patties, about 4 inches in diameter.
6Spoon mushroom mixture onto center of 6 patties.
7Spread to within ?inch of edge.
8Top with the remaining 6 patties; seal edges.
9Place patties on grill about 6 inches over medium-hot coals.
10Grill 10-15 minutes, turning once.
11Serve on buns, if desired.
