Ingredients:

| | Dz Fresh Oysters -- drained | | 5
| | Cloves Garlic -- minced | | 1
| can | Cream Of Mushroom Soup | | | Salt And Pepper To Taste | | 1
| tbsp | Olive Oil | | 1
| tbsp | Buttter | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Fresh Parsley -- chopped | | 1
| can | Evaporated Milk (Small Can) | | 2
| tbsp | Dry White Wine -- divided |

Procedures:
| 1 | Simmer olive oil, butter, parsley and garlic together. | | 2 | Mix soup, milk and 1 tbs. | | 3 | Wine together. | | 4 | If mixture is too thin, add a little flour. | | 5 | Combine all ingredients and cook about 15 minutes. | | 6 | Add remainder of white wine, salt and pepper while cooking. | | 7 | Serve over cooked thin spaghetti. |
