1 lbsBoneless pork
- cut into ?inch cubes
4 tbspDijon-style mustard
4 tbspBrown sugar
2 tbspBourbon
2 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:

2These kabobs, marinated with savory mustard and a touch of bourbon are a great for the grill.
3In self-sealing plastic bag, combine all ingredients and mix well.
4Refrigerate overnight (6-24 hours).
5Remove pork from marinade and thread pork cubes onto skewers.

7Broil or grill kabobs about four inches from heat source, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, until nicely browned.
