Ingredients:
2 cupAlmonds, whole, blanched
1 tbspButter or margarine
-- melted
1/2 tspSalt
1/8 tspCayenne
2 tspRosemary leaves, crushed
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F (moderate).
2mix all ingredients in a shallow pan.
3Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
4Drain on absorbent paper; cool.
